CONCACAF - World Cup 2026

 CONCACAF is the soccer (or football) association for the national teams which are located in North American, Central American and Caribbean and which compete for selection in the World Cup which is held every four years.

There are a total of 35 teams in CONCACAF.

Due to the fact that the USA, Mexico and Canada are the CONCACAF teams which are hosting United 2026, they are automatically seated in the World Cup.  As such, they will not compete in the CONCACAF World Cup Qualifier Tournament.

The remainder of the 32 CONCACAF teams will compete for five additional spots.

The three best national teams are seated outright.

The next two national teams enter a playoff against national teams from other World Cup Qualifying Groups.
